Mason, OH The Ohio branch office of Henderson and Bodwell was opened in 1977 in response to a request by the Landen Farm Company to manage planning and design services for the Landen Planned Development in Warren County. Now being managed by Richard K. Evans, PE, the office has grown to include among its professionals: registered professional engineers, registered professional surveyors, a certified urban planner, AutoCAD technicians, and engineers and surveyors in training. The scope of services offered by the Ohio office has expanded to include: - Municipal Water and Wastewater systems

- Site Plans and Subdivisions for land development
- Drainage Studies
- Boundary Surveys and Topographic Surveys
- Construction Surveys
- Zoning Analyses and Feasibility Studies
