While there are a number of topographic mapping sources available to the general public on the internet and from governmental planning agencies in your area, site design should not proceed until a current Topographic Survey is in hand. At Henderson and Bodwell, we utilize reliable and responsive aerial topographic consultants for larger properties; we utilize our own field survey crews to obtain visible subsurface data and/or to supplement the aerial data for areas which are obscured from the air or where more accurate field data is desired.
