At Henderson and Bodwell, our Site Plans are prepared to accomplish the goals and objectives of our client while being sensitive to the natural environment and the neighbors. Each project is different - our Site Plans are tailored to comply with the presentation guidelines of our client and of the host municipality. Our designs comply with the local, county, and state regulations, codes, and ordinances which govern the planned activities. Aware that the first impression a developer may make with the host municipality is through the Site Plan submitted to the planning board or zoning board, we strive to be administratively complete with published checklists, we use shading and screening where appropriate to clarify the proposed project elements for municipal planners, their professionals, and other public agencies. All of our Site Plans are prepared using the latest versions of Autodesk's AutoCAD and Civil Design software. Using AutoCAD allows us to be compatible with most architects and landscape architects, thus allowing all of the project team to coordinate their work. And, in the end, your contractor can build from our Site Plans.
