William R. Bodwell, PE - Director of Civil Engineering Services

William R. Bodwell, P.E., Associate - B.S., Civil Engineering, University of Maine.   Bill directs the engineering design staff in the Somerset office. He began his career at Henderson and Bodwell in 1975 and earned his license as a professional engineer in 1980.

Patrick L. Ilsley, PLS - Director of Land Surveying Services

Patrick L. Ilsley, P.L.S., Associate - AAS Civil Technology, Union County College and Surveyors Certificate, County College of Morris.  Pat directs the field and office support personnel in our survey department.  He joined Henderson and Bodwell in 1994 after serving in a similar capacity at Van Note Harvey Associates.
