Plainview, NY Henderson and Bodwell moved into new quarters at 35 Fairchild Avenue in Plainview in November 2002 after more than 25 years at a nearby building. Located just off the Sunnyside Boulevard exit of the Long Island Expressway and straddling the borders of Suffolk and Nassau counties, the new office provides convenience for staff and clients alike. The Plainview office has housed the administrative and accounting departments of the firm since it was founded in 1975. A capable staff of professional engineers, land surveyors, and a landscape architect form the team that serves the building community of Long Island. John Berchtold manages this office after years of leadership by Russell Bodwell, a founding partner.
