CIVIL ENGINEERING
Civil engineers are at the heart of Henderson and Bodwell. Civil engineers are problem solvers, meeting the challenges of pollution, traffic congestion, drinking water and energy needs, urban redevelopment, and community planning.
When the company was founded in 1975, many of the engineers from Levitt & Sons, Inc. formed the nucleus of the design team at Henderson and Bodwell. It is no surprise that many national homebuilders became clients of this new firm to take advantage of a civil engineering group that had "rewritten the book" on land development engineering. It is rare to find a civil engineering firm today that has roots so deep in the land development business.
Our areas of practice include construction engineering, environmental engineering, transportation engineering, site engineering, and water resources. As a firm or as individuals, membership in the professional societies linked below allows us to stay at the forefront of technology and practice.
